Job Description Job Scope and Responsibilities

- Manages all types of marketing activities (campaign, PR, special events, online, etc.) for the company across affiliates
- Develops the marketing strategy in line with company objectives and operations
- Co-ordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversees and manages the company’s marketing budget
- Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Runs weekly/monthly cross-functional meetings to review campaign needs, identify and troubleshoot issues, compile feedback, and ensure overall success
- Serves as quality control to ensure tests are accurate prior to deployment, legal requirements and brand standards are met, and the defined user experience is correct
- Maintains library of documents, campaigns and assets in partnership with agency/vendor teams
- Gathers data, analyzes information, and recommends solutions to business issues as assigned by the Synergy Planning Manager
- Looks for opportunities to improve processes and establish effectiveness/efficiencies across marketing strategy and campaigns; to increase revenue-driving opportunities and engagement across all channels.
- Analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Performs additional roles and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of relevant experience (consumer product/service marketing, product management, brand management)
- Worked on marketing campaigns, communications and go-to-market initiatives
- Conducted, synthesized and applied user insights, research and testing to marketing strategy
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, operations, customer service, etc)
- Worked with creative agencies and led creative production
- Been exposed to strategy, brand, design and data analysis principles and processes
- Able to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed upon time frames
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Korean)
- Photoshop or Illustrator skills
- Assisted in business development deals and managed strategic partnerships and accounts
- Knowledge and experience in mobile/content marketing
