| Job Description | • Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively • Specify the job qualification with hiring manager and post openings in many channels • Coordinate recruiting process based on the company procedure • Recommend and develop HR policies based on the legal regulation • Coordinate and organize annual performance evaluation process and provide related support • Facilitate and provide new hire orientation and other trainings • Assist in establishing a positive work environment and conduct investigations when concerns are brought forth. • Research and implement new HR practices to company • Other duties as assigned |
