| Job Description | Work closely with other departments to develop new concepts together. Illustrate or prototype concepts quickly to share with the team. Prepare and check final design before it is released for production. Develop concepts and present seasonal ideas Prepare final designs for bags and packaging within Nongshim promotional programs. Assist in the development and specification of promotional products Create graphic layouts for primary & secondary packaging within brand guidelines Participate in development sessions with internal Marketing departments to discuss projects and account for the status of existing projects. Resolve issues of function, performance, and manufacturability Be aware of scheduling during design development and production phases of projects. |

| Job Requirement | Multi-disciplinary designer with a background in Graphic Design and/or Industrial Design preferred Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including PR, marketing, and sales Detail oriented designer who is comfortable with shifting design direction and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Self Starter who will participate in all aspects of the promotional programs from concept through execution. Ability to quickly generate concepts and visually communicate those ideas with renderings and comps. Excellent eye for color and color combinations. A sense of both current and developing trends in print/pattern, art, and packaging General understanding of engineering and manufacturing aspects of printing, patterns, and materials (boxes, plastics, etc). High level of proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator. Knowledge of 3-D modeling software a plus. |
