Job Description Purpose of the position : Responsible for managing the process of orders, logistics, review of open order status and entry. Interact with sales force to help achieve sales goals.

Main Duties and Tasks
•Daily download (email, fax, EDI) of purchase orders. Verify accuracy.
•Interaction with operations department to ensure order fulfillment.
•Allocation of inventory.
•Communication with buyers/brokers on out of stocks or delayed orders.
•Invoicing of sales in SAP.
•Maintain product online database; 1SYNC and GS1. Also publishing to products to the trade.
•Communication of vital announcements to the trade; pricing, logistics, etc.
•Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure on time delivery.
•Manage freight budget.
•Work with finance department to resolve chargebacks and deductions
•Freight analysis for product development and launch.
•Maintenance of all price lists.
•New account setup and new item setup.
Job Requirement -Related Work Experience: Customer Service experience preferred
-Language Skills: Bilingual(English and Korean) preferred
-Other Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail
