Job Description •Communicate regularly with potential franchisee candidates
•Search and develop new competitive sites
•Creation and interpretation of demographic data allowing for identification of suitable store locations
•Administration of the franchise development process from initial inquiry call through creation of legal contracts while maintaining legal compliance with all federal and state specific franchise laws, including disclosure process, compilation of documentation necessary for franchisee committee approval & preparation of necessary franchise agreements & associated contracts
Job Requirement •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
•3-5 years related experience required
•Strong and demonstrated background in franchise sales
•Advanced knowledge of franchise sales process
•Ability to plan and conduct business cases
•Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings, both group and one-on-one
•Basic knowledge of commercial real estate
•Commercial Real Estate License preferred
•Korean & English a must
•Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Strong written and oral skills
•Strong computer skills
•Up to 30% Travel
