Job Description Responsible for directing the efforts of assigned shops to increased profitable sales.

Establishes and maintains superior professional standards in the areas of sales, customer service, visual presentation, inventory management, operations, personnel management and development.
Ensures that shops demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company.
Ensures that all assigned shops demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the Company
Responsible and accountable for achieving assigned shops’ business objectives to include targeted sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV)
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a prompt manner that builds customer loyalty
Job Requirement Bachelor's Degree : MBA a plus
Minimum 3 years retail management/leadership experience including at least 1 year in a multi-store management role
Must have strong interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the company
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs
Strong follow-up, time management skills and attention to detail a must
Must have computer skills with experience in MS Office 2007 including MS Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent supervisory skills with the desire and capacity to lead a team and produce results; establish goals; and motivate others to achieve
High standards of tact, discretion, and confidentiality
Bilingual (English/Korean)
