| Job Description | Responsible for end-to-end inventory and 3PL management across all channels. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with BRAND's global standards. It will manage relationships with 3party logistics and warehouse providers (3PL), customs brokers, and freight forwarders. 1. Inventory Control & Accuracy - Manage logistics process to coordinate import customs clearance fulfillment of import requirements according to local law and regulations. - Monitor overall inbound process to meet the business requirement and urgency - Instruct monthly & Year-end inventory stocktaking; analyze variances and drive corrective actions - Monitor shrinkage, discrepancies and operation risks; define preventive actions - Identify inventory discrepancies and adjust the system to match the physical product (quantity and product information) - Implement inventory return through the defect and buyback processes 2.3PL Management - Responsible for supporting & leading day-to-day warehouse operations covering inbound, outbound, and returns - Liaise with 3rd party warehouse provider 3. Store Operation Support 4. Compliance and Internal Control 5. Cross Functional Collaboration |

| Job Requirement | • Minimum 15 years of experience in inventory management, SCM, logistics or operations, prefer luxury retail industry but not limited. • Strong knowledge of SAP(S4 preferred), inventory flows, and 3PL operations • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional tasks • Excel proficiency, data-driven mindset; capable of producing accurate and structured reports • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English |
