| Job Description | 1. Inbound Freight Management (Port to Port) • Oversee end-to-end inbound shipment flow from overseas suppliers to distribution centers. • Manage vessel schedules and potential risks to safeguard sales and launch timelines. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PL partners on transportation modes, schedules, and shipment progress. • Control and validate shipment visibility through EDI and logistics platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 2. Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance • Lead collaboration with customs brokers and forwarders to ensure smooth import clearance and documentation readiness. • Review and govern import requirements, trade regulations, and FTA conditions to maintain compliance. • Maintain and oversee compliance records and documentation for audits and internal reporting. • Monitor and communicate regulatory changes across regions to relevant internal teams. 3. Performance Tracking & Issue Resolution • Track and report operational KPIs such as inbound lead times, delays, and customs issues. • Identify root causes of operational issues (documentation errors, delays, clearance problems) and support resolution with internal and external partners. • Drive opportunities to improve operational processes and workflow efficiency. 4. Cost Control & Partner Management • Review and validate billing from 3PLs, freight forwarders, express couriers and ensure rates accuracy against contracts. • Support cost analysis by preparing and organizing relevant operational data. • Monitor 3PL service performance and follow up on improvement actions as needed. |

| Job Requirement | • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and custom compliance. • Basic understanding of SEA import regulations and FTAs (or willingness to learn). • Proficiency in logistics management systems and trade compliance software. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Effective communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. |
