| Job Description | SG&A Analysis & Forecasting • Perform detailed analysis of SG&A by functions, channels, and seasonality. • Develop and maintain SG&A forecasting models using historical data and current trends. • Monitor actual vs. forecast performance and provide clear variance of explanations. • Identify risks and opportunities to support proactive decision-making. Financial Planning & Budgeting • Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes for SG&A components. • Build detailed financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic planning. • Ensure alignment of financial plans with corporate objectives and regional targets. • Validate assumptions and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain adherence to company policies and local labor laws. Report & Performance Management • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including SG&A KPIs. • Conduct variance analysis and summarize key business trends for leadership. • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to improve financial transparency. • Present findings and recommendations to FP&A Manager and senior stakeholders. Process Improvement • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and reporting processes. • Collaborate with local stakeholders and Global FP&A teams to ensure data integrity. • Support ERP system enhancements and leverage BI tools for advanced analytics. • Participate in global initiatives to standardize FP&A practices and tools. |

| Job Requirement | • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. • Approximately 1-4 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational company. • Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools. • Experience with global ERP systems (Good to have D365 system/MS) • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English. |
