| Job Description | 1. Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities—including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding—to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. • Enhance recruitment workflows by identifying improvement opportunities and elevating both operational efficiency and candidate engagement. • Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring insights by leveraging HR data to support informed and timely talent decisions. • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support organizational structure, role clarity, and effective talent deployment. • Build strong relationships with external agencies and talent networks to strengthen talent pipelines and reinforce the organization’s employer brand. 2. Compensation & Benefits • Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compensation review processes with accuracy and timeliness, providing insights to support equitable and competitive compensation decisions. • Design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with organizational objectives and workforce needs. • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 3. HR Controlling • • Oversee budget planning, audits, and tax-related HR matters, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Monitor HR-related expenditures and provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency. • Partner with HR teams to align HR financial planning with organizational priorities and operational requirements. 4. HR Operations • Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionality. • Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to improve HR operational efficiency. 5. | Job Requirement | Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience. • Proven experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Self-motivated and target-oriented. • Fluent in English & Korean. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in global HR projects or process improvements. • Understanding of global HR policies and compliance. • Experience designing and executing employee engagement programs. |
