Job Description Platform Operations
- Manage daily operations of brand stores across major Korean e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with platform account managers on routine operational matters
- Maintain content quality and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Product Management and Trading
- Manage product catalog across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Update product information including size charts, materials, care instructions, and images
- Coordinate with merchandising team on product assortment and seasonal launches
- Monitor and optimize product attributes for platform search algorithms

Trading & Commercial Management
- Negotiate promotional placements and featuring opportunities with platform partners
- Manage trading terms including commission rates, payment terms, and promotional fees
- Coordinate with platforms on seasonal marketing calendars and campaign slots
- Monitor competitive pricing and recommend pricing adjustments as needed
- Track promotional budget allocation and ROI across platforms

Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track daily and weekly sales metrics across all platforms
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives as directed
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock issues
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Analyze sell-through rates by product category and identify slow-moving inventory

Customer Experience Management
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries daily
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key metrics
- Analyze conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behavior patterns

Operational Excellence
- Oversee order processing, shipping, and return/exchange workflows
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational standards

Job Requirement Experience
3-5 years in e-commerce platform management, product management, or online retail Fashion or luxury goods industry experience preferred
Platform Knowledge
Familiarity with Korean e-commerce platforms
Understanding of platform policies, fee structures, and promotional mechanisms
Experience with platform middleware and seller tools

Product & Trading Skills
Experience in product data management and catalog operations
Understanding of e-commerce trading terms and commercial negotiations
Knowledge of pricing strategies and promotional mechanics
Familiarity with inventory management principles

Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with platform analytics tools
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Language Requirements
Korean: Native or fluent proficiency (required)
English: Business proficiency for written communication (preferred)

Technical Competencies
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with e-commerce platform management systems
Basic image editing capabilities (Photoshop or similar tools)
