Job Description  Platform Strategy & Execution
- Develop tailored strategies for each online marketplace, considering platform characteristics and target customer behaviors
- Optimize product exposure, pricing, and promotions by season and product category
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform, implementing actions to enhance sales efficiency and operational effectiveness
 New Channel Development
- Identify and evaluate new e-commerce channels to expand brand presence and acquire new customers
- Lead internal coordination and external negotiations to ensure successful onboarding and launch of new channels
 Weekly Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute weekly digital events in alignment with each platform’s marketing calendar
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to create relevant themed campaigns
- Analyze post-campaign performance and apply insights to future events
 Advertising & Content Integration
- Plan and execute weekly digital events in alignment with each platform’s marketing calendar

 Creative Asset Management
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of creative assets, ensuring adherence to platform design guidelines and brand ton
- Tailor creative messaging for different customer segments and campaign themes
 Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience
- Oversee end-to-end order flow, working closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage customer inquiries and post-purchase feedback from marketplace users
- Collect and share voice-of-customer (VOC) insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
Job Requirement  3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, with hands-on work in digital retail environments
 Background in e-commerce, fashion, and global companies
 Proven ability to drive sales performance through effective platform operations
 Strong understanding of digital promotion mechanics and customer journeys within shopping platforms
 Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
 Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring KPIs and optimizing sales levers
 Familiarity with online advertising tools and creative asset management
 Proficiency in written English for business communication (spoken fluency not required)
 Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
 Positive, passionate, collaborative, and agile attitude
 Bachelor’s degree required
