Job Description | -Create 360-degree brand marketing plans annually/seasonally, working closely with relevant key stakeholders in local/global to develop brand marketing initiatives to reach key customer targets and achieve business goals -P&L management with marketing expenditure and price optimization -Overseas product marketing, PR & communications, social, and CRM with subordinates and ensure holistic brand driven campaigns across all platforms -Oversees the global product line to ensure the portfolio is thriving and competitive -Responsible for portfolio management including performance tracking, pricing strategy and SKU analysis and rationalization -Help manage PR and brand agencies to drive brand awareness and engagement -Create brand contents to convey brands’ core value -Consumer communications through ATL/BTL/CRM activities -Develops new product launch plans and deploys -Works with digital channels, markets, key stakeholders to share key product and marketing updates and collaborate to deliver effective marketing plans -Market data analysis |

Job Requirement | -8+ years in brand management or marketing -Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer products, beauty, skincare a plus -Strong marketing / brand management toolkit -Track record in creative thinking and working with internal and external creative partners -Agility and strategic thinking for a dynamic category and channel -Experience in team / agency management -Speaks English |
