| Job Description | Buying ㆍForecast sales ㆍ Manage seasonal order budgets (OTB) and buying plan including DF ㆍ Define pricing strategy by agreed mark-up and exchange with HQ ㆍ Order process / Selling campaign (participate seasonal collection buying 4 times a year in Milan) including DF ㆍ OTB planning and calculation by shops and lines ㆍ Analyze ST and best selling products by lines ㆍ Selection by lines and create order map ㆍ Review final order with HQ merchandiser and revise ㆍ Order transmitting to HQ and record order confirmation ㆍ Import order products on system with all the informations and product pics ㆍ Create style map by lines ㆍ Personal and uniform order ㆍ Reorder based on best selling item ㆍ Allocate goods including DF ㆍ Manage season-off schedule and markdown list (non-sale list) Shipment arrangement ㆍ Arrange shipment with HQ and italian forwarder ㆍ Report shipment schedule to logistics Product reporting HQ and local Training products to shop manager Planning promotion with retail team & MKT Online Activities : Uploading products and tracking Communication ㆍ Conduct store activities regarding sales and sell-through performance to ensure achievement of targets ㆍ Manage new opening store & renovation |
