| Job Description | • Leverage partnerships to build and maintain a solid network of relationships, staying top of mind with real-estate developers, building lessors, and department store / mall / outlet landlords • Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully open new/renovate/relocate/close stores and pop-ups • Local lead to ensure smooth operational execution of projects with regional construction team and global store design team including maintenance of global LMS (location management system) • Create and manage all external official communication with contracts and official letters |
