| Job Description | - Design layouts manually and with algorithms to minimize project LCoE. - Full wind yield assessments for different stages of the project. - Design and coordination of the campaign for Power Curve Measurement test - Coordination with OEMs to provide and align documentation for Site Suitability and site specific power curves. - Alignment and verification of the climatic conditions stated in the site suitability. - Negotiation with OEMs the technical part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). - Collaboration with Procurement during negotiation of the Turbine Supply Agreement - Collaboration with other project stakeholders to minimize LCoE. - Engage consultants at different project stages to outsource some activities as well as oversee them. - Draft technical specifications for framework agreements. - Draft internal guidelines to improve procedures. - Concise and precise communications to board members during Investment Committees decisions. - Technical support during phases of M&A and financing. - Lead technical discussions with consultants during financing and BSO (Built Sell and Operate) |

| Job Requirement | - 5-10 years’ experience in renewable energy consultants, OEMs or developers. - Degree in engineering, physics or environmental studies (provided experience in wind resource assessment) - Demonstrated experience to carry out full wind yield assessments with the latest procedures. - Layout and measurement campaign design - Site suitability and wind turbine technology - Capability to draft procedures applicable worldwide. - Negotiation and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, be a self–starter, energetic - Structured and service-minded approach, always focusing on delivering high-quality results - Willingness to travel - Ability to work under pressure and manage several ongoing projects - Ability to complete small projects or portions of large projects on time. - Ability to thrive in an international and often hectic environment –lives the ENEL values - Desire and ability to make a difference - Project finance capabilities will be considered. - CFD modeling is a plus. - Capability to code in several programming language is a plus. |
