Job Description | • Event & Promotion plan & execution - Propose an appropriate action plan based on Business plan and execute accordingly - Suggest and implement seasonal in-store event/promotion - Organize, Prepare, Control and Execute all local events, in BTQ activation, Fair, Opening ceremony - Plan and Execute Product focused off-site event. - Department Store In & Out Store Promotion Event. - Explore and Build good relationship with 3rd party partners - On-site management and necessary coordination for client experience execution - Tight communication with the agency and shared function to make sure the final quality and monitor the preparation. - Gather BTQ and related BTQ Feed-back & insight & needs. - Share Marketing and event activity with BTQ - Report event / promotion result to HQ - Work closely with relevant teams to identifying client’s needs and proactively respond to elevate the client experiences - Support overall all marketing/Communication work such as merchandise, VM, POP UP etc - Support MKT & Comm manager for upcoming special projects including strategic planning, execution, agency management • Communication contents (Publishing & Gifts & Digital contents from HQ) - Forecast and consolidation and submission to HQ - Plan and allocate required quantity of publishing materials from HQ - Gift order communication to HQ - Custom clearance inform & distribution to BTQ - Handle artwork, Printing material local production (invitation, catalog etc.) - Revise or create communication materials such as corporate catalogue, digital contents materials - Preparing Gift Strategy and Search Item & Estimation Cost - Communication / Purchase / Distribution / Payment work for customer gifts - Report result of activities • Etc. - A&P (Event & Marketing activation) budgeting and budget tracker updates |

Job Requirement | - Minimum + 10 years event or marketing & communication related experience in luxury industry - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects independently - Positive attitude & logical thinking - Fluent in both Korean & English - Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook - Entrepreneurial with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented |
