| Job Description | • Work in close collaboration with our marketing, Trade marketing and sales teams and business planners to construct the best possible 18 month rolling forecast • Support on collaboration with our finance teams and provide a solid forecasting input for budgeting and finance trending purposes • Ensure collaboration with the Operation team to optimize the inventory availability and quality • Actively participate in Monthly forecast meetings • Extract precise forecast figures to have qualitative decision-making • Support implementation of new forecasting tools and processes • Coordinating and aligning with Regional S&OP team • Ensuring data accuracy in both historical data and new data setup • Continuously improving processes and S&OP scorecard in alignment with business initiatives • Support managing the system forecast performance, adjusting forecast methods and proactively collaborating on inventory adjustment with operation team • Collaborating with Brand marketing team on forecast creation for new items and ranges, including cannibalization strategies and ranging levels |
