| Job Description | I. PR & Communication - Implement & adapt PR & Communication strategy in Korea - PR & Communications budgets management - Establish PR plans and programmed in line with corporate image and maximize the potential. - Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key national press & influencers - Coordination with APAC to collect and communicate the assets - Distribution of corporate assets such as press kit and press release - PR & Communications Competitive analysis & reporting - Plan, lead, and communication the press events, media collaboration events and big sized company events. - Invite press/influencers at events - Yearly local Communication planning and execution, co-work with APAC Communication team. II. SOCIAL - Manage local Social agencies - Social budget management including paid activation - Adapt and create local content in collaboration with APAC communication team - Social Competitive analysis & reporting |

| Job Requirement | Relevant Experience and Training • Degree holder • strong communication skills needed in both PR & Communications • Recognized key player within Korea with 7+ years of significant experience working in a multinational group combined with an experience in events, communication, public affairs & digital Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Good command of written and spoken English • Strong business acumen • Result oriented, organized • Strong digital skills (e-advertising, social) • Result-oriented working style; making and driving things happen to acquire setting goals • Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results • Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process • Strong project management abilities: managing, communication, timelines, define clear objectives and delivering key insights • Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels • Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty • Mature and proactive with good communication & interpersonal skills |
