Job Description 1) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Support to Senior Retail Manager regarding related issues of all negotiations with LLD to enhance the business conditions.
- Regular meeting with LL for the TOD’S & HOGAN business
- Establish strong connections with LLD, departments, and opinion leaders.
- Provide market business plan to determine strategies to develop the market in maximizing sales
2) BOUTIQUE SALES DEVELOPMENT
- Work collaboratively with relative teams to develop and review monthly/annual sales forecasts to facilitate planning and improvement of sales.
- Analyze, review, and ensure the awareness of key performance indicators throughout the team members
- Drive regional performance with Retail team in line with company growth targets (Communication with HQ)
- Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements for all stores. (Check all of store expenses and profit with Retail Team)
- Deep dive for the Store project to have better conditions with all of Stores and Retail team
3) PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Inspire and motivate Boutique staffs in building a cohesive and productive sales team
- Oversee the recruitment and the selection of the sales staff together with HR dept
- Support to Senior Retail Manger to manage the people review process, conduct performance review for all direct reports
- Involve all of Staffing issues and collaborate with HR team to find the best action (Training, Interview, performance review, Duty Roaster, etc)
4) RETAIL OPERATION
- Manage and oversee the daily store operations such as sales, expense control, staff recruitment, training, inventory management, security, and safety, etc.
- Supervise and guarantee the implementation of the company policies and monitors of internal control procedures
Perform other related tasks and projects when necessary.
- Support all of request from Stores, related functions & LLD
Job Requirement - Education : Relevant degree holder
- Languages : Native English speaker
- Professional experience & know how : Min 4 years in Retail Operations
- Technical & management skills : Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT (MS)
- Personal & interpersonal skills : Open minded, team player
