| Job Description | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Develop overall PR strategy integrating product and creative contents to ensure the brand equity to fulfill the vision and mission of BARNEYS NEWYORK BEAUTY •Discover and identify consumer needs and define consumer insights base on the analysis of consumer behavior and market research to ensure the consistency of new product development and provide high quality of brand experience across channels •Develop brand activation strategy and plans, and lead its implementation across Korea and other countries •Manage general working governance around press, influencer, celebrity and KOL to make a concrete relationship for building brand impact •Create brand contents, such as campaign video, advertizing, pictorial and social contents to raise brand awareness and familiarity in the market •Media mix and channel selection for viral marketing to maximize impact of viral around marketing campaigns |

| Job Requirement | REQUIREMENTS •Minimum of 7 years work experience as a Marketing PR/Communication expert working in beauty industry •Preferred work experiences in house or in agency (experience in beauty industry) •Strong ability to move between big picture strategic planning and detail and skills in developing innovative ideas in the beauty market •Entrepreneurial self-starter who has high level of ambition and drive to live the brand DNA •Good communication skills to build cross functional teamwork •Fluent in both Korean and English |
