| Job Description | -Prepare and support Compliance/Security audits for factories -Activate/Renew/Deactivate factories by following Buyer processes and control registration -Monitor and manage Compliance system of each factory through different methods -Conduct Regular Internal Assessment as an auditor -Train local CSR team/Korean management/Sub-cons regularly on CSR topics -Establish Manuals of Compliance/Local law standards -Communicate with Buyers/3rd party directly for Compliance issues and follow-up -Monitor and manage sustainability project of each factory. |
