| Job Description | - Become a business partner for the organization and the managers in terms of people management. - Be a coach to managers, and career/development advisor to employees. - Design, implement and monitor the reward system to maintain market competitiveness and retain talents - Hire and retain diverse talent within the Asics organization. - Develop and implement organization, people and culture agenda - Facilitates effective performance management process across the organization - Evolves Asics culture through employee engagement, diversity and inclusion activities. - Provides effective relationship with HQ HR to ensure the consistency with global objectives and strategy. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate guideline - Maintain high level of HR service and operational excellence in payroll, benefit admin. |
