| Job Description | • Build a strong relationship with the global merchandising team that fosters development of fashionable, commercially focused and balanced assortment • Develop and execute sales analysis (weekly and monthly) by product, provide feedback/action plan to cross functional teams and stores • Analyze sales and stock position on a daily basis and ensure transfers among boutiques in order to maximize sales • Handle replenishment and rebalance products to achieve sell-through target • Co-develop all seasonal buying process from collection buying to planning and allocation etc. • Organize and deliver seasonal product training and provide relevant and accurate information to store staff • Participate in the implementation of the Brand merchandising strategy together with the Merchandising team • Conduct regular store visits and analyze current market trends, positioning of competitors and clientele profile and constantly update HQ team for future product development • Liaise and build strong collaborations with Key HQ and regional cross functional teams • Perform other duties as required |

| Job Requirement | • Previous relevant merchandising and buying experience in Retail (Fashion Luxury preferable) • 6+ years merchandising and buying experience in the fashion industry, leather goods experience a plus • Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent interpersonal and proactivity skills, teamwork attitude and flexibility • Strong communication and presentation skills • Positive attitude, analytical and pragmatic mindset • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Fluent in Korean and English |
