Job Description Online Communication
[EMAIL MARKETING & PUSH MANAGEMENT]

•Responsible for the email marketing and push channels aligning with other departments including PR, Marketing, Online Sales, and Store to drive both commercial and branded activities
•Oversee all aspects of email and push execution including, campaign deployment, scheduling, segmentation, creative development, copy & tone of voice, A/B testing, agency management, optimization, and post-deployment analysis
•Contribute to in-season sales planning and forecasting process, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue from email marketing and push channels
•Partner with Sales Planner to develop and maintain traffic and revenue goals for email marketing and push channels, adjusting forecast based off trends and seasonality
•Develop regular strategic data-driven testing of customer email programs to maximize campaign performance and relevance to customer, working with Data Scientist for insights and implementation of new segments, goals and follow-up
•Manage the development of creative and copy to support evergreen and promotional messaging working with cross-functional teams
•Work closely with Marketing Manager to sync all online channels in terms of strategy and vision, educating and aligning with local markets
•Partner with marketing team to provide support with store-level email marketing, including localized event invites

[ONLINE SALES/PROFIT AND BRANDING EXPERIENCE]
•Have knowledge of total selling, Deal and Full-price customer trigger points (touchpoint) and mixed bag and cross shopping customer analysis.
•Ensure that you and the team are up-to-date and understand current digital trends, and competitor landscape so you can anticipate the customer needs and react with data driven actions.
•Maintains a positive attitude in the face of change; appropriately adjusts behaviour and activities to changing conditions.
•Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives
Job Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent E-Commerce experience
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics Solutions preferred
• 3+ years of copy/content creation experience preferred
•Knowledge in e-commerce, omni-channel, commercial & sales mind oriented
•Working knowledge of the fashion and media industry with proficiency in developing local consumer driven copy
•Highly structured and organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Open, straightforward communicator
•Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, etc.
•Must have excellent command of the Korean language, spelling, and grammar
•Must have good communication level of English and grammar
