Job Description • Demonstrate and promote company's culture and standards, always positively representing the company. Promotes teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
• Provide the highest quality service to guests at all times, maintain integrity of service, responsible to help on floor when necessary
• Ensure restaurant is properly and fully booked to ensure maximum revenue without sacrificing service
• Oversee all corporate and private events
• Ensure ambiance of restaurant including music, lighting and flowers etc are in compliance with the standards set forth by the company
• Handle all guest complaints, addressing each individually, personally and in a timely manner
• Responsible for all menus to be up to date in collaboration with Executive Pastry Chef
• Oversee the maintenance and repairs of the restaurant
• Ensure restaurant is clean and in compliance with all local and food safety guidelines
• Oversee purchasing of all small wares, glassware, china, silver, linen and all other necessary items for the restaurant. Ensure the proper storage and inventory of all. Maintain costs.
• Oversee the beverage program. Ensure all costs are accurate and in line with the budget and/or guidelines. Ensure all beverages are properly inventoried and stored to prevent theft. Ensure all beverages are priced out to maximize profitability
• Propose Marketing plans for the restaurant to increase revenue
• Train management staff in accordance with the standards Group policies and guidelines, ensuring proper knowledge of all company policies and procedures
• Approve and sometimes hire all new employees, ensuring all paperwork is properly completed
• Client Service Manager is responsible for all service staff training and for creating and maintaining all side work schedules for service team
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff.
• Ensure proper reporting of all revenue, and costs to International Operation Director.
Job Requirement • Depth knowledge of the hospitality, service and work in the dining room and has a highly developed sense of customer service
• Team management
• Excellent presentation
• English and French speaker
• Production and sales management
• languages: Korean and English, French would be a plus
• Professional Diploma in Food & Service or marketing, hotel studies
• Whatever your initial training, you will absolutely complement one or more experience as a Waiter in large institutions, before they can access the butler profession
• Sensitivity to baking, gastronomy and luxury
